Security/Cops in Phoenix are good for... well my friend is a security guard and he busts people all the time, but the cool thing is he steals the footage from his work and burns it onto a cd and shows us, so basically we get to watch footage of him devastate people for stealing all the time. its insane. full on beatdowns when these guys try to make a break for it. other than that security/cops in AZ are good for nothing.
